充分发挥国家制造业转型升级基金、工业机械基金、中小企业发展基金等政府投资基金作用,引导社会资金加大对制造业的投资,尽快形成实体工作量,并创造对机械设备的需求。

各地要建立重大投资项目协同保障机制,对列入重大项目清单的项目的土地、能源需求给予统筹支持。

机械工业稳定增长工作计划(2023-2024年)

一、指导思想

二、主要目标
